Submission Guidelines

Submissions may consist either of a full paper in PDF format or a compressed archive in ZIP format containing a full paper and a related video. Manuscripts must be written in English following the standard IEEE guidelines. Six (6) pages are allowed for each paper, including figures and references. A maximum of two (2) additional pages will be permitted at an extra charge of 50 euros per page. The maximum allowed file size (PDF or ZIP) for uploading via the Paper Submission Manager is 10MB.

All aspects of the submission and notification process will be handled electronically. Please note that you can and should register your paper with the submission site well before the final deadline, even if the paper itself is not ready. You may upload the paper later on. Paper Format

Papers must comply with the standard IEEE conference page layout (see these instructions). Submissions must be prepared using A4 paper size. All margins (top, bottom, left, right) in A4 papers should be 1.9 cm. For convenience, A4-configured IEEE conference templates are available for download:

Videos

Video clips should be prepared without using "special" codecs (coders/decoders) in order to provide as much portability across platforms as possible. Accordingly, the most common media formats are strongly recommended (MOV, RM, WMV, MPG/MPEG or AVI). Only freely available players (e.g., QuickTime, RealPlayer, Microsoft Windows Media Player, MPlayer) should be required for viewing the video.
